My Goal: Progress to 2nd Category
Taking my training seriously over the winter months with a structured training plan -something I've never managed to do previously - has really helped to start the season well, moving up to 3rd category with a win early on. There is a noticeable step up in the abilities and experience of the riders in this higher category so my training has consisted of a greater number of higher intensity rides, simulating race situations with sprints or hill repeats. I'm looking forward to the rest of this season after the lull during the exam period where it has been important to get the balance between work and training right. With the E3C Junior Development Team I would really like to build up my experience of competitive cycling with juniors my age, improving not only fitness and bike handling skills, but vital team dynamics. Putting a value to my aims this season, I want to work towards 2nd category but to gain the additional 35 points is going to require a lot of hard work.
My Goal: To wear the king of the mountains Jersey at the Tour De France.

My Goal: Cape Epic Top 10 Age Group Finish Top 20 Transalp finish Achieved !
We went to Jon at E3C for his years of experience in Endurance sports coaching, we had a couple of big goals taking in a few solid years of training. We surpassed our goals coming 8th Masters in Cape Epic and 18th in Transalp. Jon set us tough tough training plans which we needed as these were tough events. Big thanks E3C.
My Goal: Complete the Tour Divide
Mark has always had to cope with the adversity of deteriorating health. Even so he has set himself the challenge of completing the Tour Divide (2700mi off road ride from Canada to Mexico). With his unique situation we have set out to build him a specific training plan with several goals along the way to ensure we stay on track. We have spent several weeks riding with him to make sure he is ready for every eventuality.
My Goal: Complete La Marmotte Sportive Achieved !
I completed the Marmotte with a great structured training plan from E3C, I have gone back and completed it again and am now working on new Alpine challenges and to go faster on my bike.
My Goal: Complete Ironman Austria Achieved !
Jane has attended our training camps where we work intensively with our athletes focusing on physical training, nutrition, race day tips and tactics. Jane is looking forward to making the step up to Ironman distance this summer with the support from E3C.
My Goal: Improve Megavalanche Result Achieved !
Infamous Jimmy from Mule Bar came to us with a vast experience of downhill racing. We looked at his past together and assessed his areas of weakness to focus his training. With a continual process of assessing each weeks training we are able to help him get the most from his training and achieve his goals.
My Goal: Complete le Etape de tour under 6hrs and the London Surrey 100 miles under 5 hrs Achieved !
With a busy job it is hard to think about how you are going to train, let alone fit in the time to do it. Daniel came to us with limited cycling experience having only done a few sportives, we set up a training plan tailored to his events and have since seen his times tumble.
My Goal: Complete Lands End Jon O'Groats Achieved !
After retiring Colin had time on his hands and a friend persuaded him to cycle Lands End to Jon O'Groats. Not knowing where to start he came across us and we were happy to help. Colin attended one of our training camps and followed his bespoke training plan. Handing over the training structure to us gave Colin the peace of mind that he could complete the challenge. He has since completed the trip and is now looking for his next goal.
My Goal: Top 3 in a Team 12hr XC Race
With a young child it can be difficult to fit in all your training, which is why Kevin came to us. We sat down with him and went through his commitments, and produced a plan that fits with his lifestyle. By creating a flexible training plan has helped structure his training, especially through the winter. He now enjoys time with his family and knowing when he is out on the bike he is making the most of his available time.
My Goal: To keep pedalling against the challenge of chronic illness and a degenerative lower spine.

My Goal: Top 3 in a Mixed Team 12hr XC Race
A top ranking junior road racer who wanted to try XC Racing and with our training plans and 1-1 bike handling coaching is progressing fast, finishing fourth at her last event.
My Goal: Improve my Strength and Fitness to help me Achieve Top 10 at European Sailing Event
We have long been focusing on the the sailing, getting our strength and fitness from sailing alone. That was not enough to help us make the step up to the next level. With the help of the coaches at E3coach.com they have used their expertise to provide us with a training plan that fits our demanding requirements and we can really feel the benefits reflected in our racing, when those seconds count.
My Goal: Qualify for worlds age group Olympic distance
It all started with just wanting to get fit. Alison started running and joinied her local club. They in turn egged here on to do her first 10k run. Since then she has never looked back, continually going faster and with our help she is achieving her goals.
My Goal: Top 10 Mixed Pairs Transalp
Having raced in Male Pairs and finished in a great position I am looking to go back and race with female race partner. I will be focusing on strength and endurance in preparation.
My Goal: Winning 24hr Single Speed World Championships in California
Having won Mountain Mayhem overall this year working with E3C has been great and getting me into the best shape for the Worlds. E3C have given great attention to detail with my training, and have been able to pin point exactly what needs to be added or adjusted in my training plan to improve my all round endurance.
My Goal: Podium at World 24hr MTB Championships in California
Working with E3C just before the European Championships where I placed 7th Overall we have been looking at the areas for improvement and implementing changes to my training to maximise my performance at the Worlds.
My Goal: Make it into the u23 Zappis Road Race Team and carry on racing on the Continent
E3C Have taken me from new to the sport to winning local Crit races and racing in Belgium, they understand what is needed and have worked closely with me and my family to make sure I have the support needed to succeed.

My Goal: Originally to Walk my dog 5 times a week - now to increase my sportive distance
E3C What can I say E3C have taken me and changed my activity levels beyond my wildest dreams. I now cycle over 50 miles and am looking to do an Ironman in 2016.
My Goal: To Qualify GB Age Group Olympic Distance Triathlon
I have been working with E3C for over 2 years now, have achieved GB Qualification twice, and set new PBs in running and triathlons along the way. My focus now is on Worlds in Chicago and getting better ranked in Age Group.

Being so very new to this world I am enjoying the learning process and that Jon at E3C lets me know why I am doing sessions, already seeing improvements across all areas of training and racing.

Having a double goal puts pressure on my time to make sure I am getting the quality and at the right time, plus recovery is so very important after ultra marathon events. E3C really help, making sure I am ready for both Ultras and 70.3.

Being a student on a placement year I knew it would be tough to take on Marmotte and to Qualify but following great structure and specific sessions I did it and am off to the Worlds
My Goal: Podium national TT 10 and 25, Gain 2nd Cat licence
With the help of E3C I'm hoping to have a very successful year in my first as a Junior, whilst improving as a bike rider in my second season of racing. My goals include gaining a second cat licence, getting a podium for my age category in National time trials, including the junior 10 and 25 miles, and gaining entry into and being competitive in the Junior National Road Series.
My Goal: My goal is to get quicker at 10 mile TT’s and complete my first 25 mile for 2016. Im also hoping with the help of E3 to head towards competition cycling next year. The training is tough but definitely worth it.
I have been road cycling for about 3 years, and completed a few time trials. I have tried to train specifically to help me improve my times, but needed a structured training programme to achieve this goal. With E3 coaching and Training Peaks I have just started this programme and really enjoy having someone tell me how and when to train.
My Goal: My goal is to get under 12hrs for Ironman distance.
