Solo adventure travel writer, looking to break down barriers to women in the world of adventure. Monet is skiing solo to the South Pole in the 2024 season. As a part of the journey to the South Pole you must first ski across Greenland. Monet has just successfully completed her Greenland crossing under E3coach and now trains with us for Antarctica.

James is a business owner chasing his Polar dreams. With low fitness levels and no experience of cold climate environments, James was starting from zero. E3coach built a 10-month training plan, covering cardio, strength work and psychological preparation for cold climate expeditions. James successfully completed his crossing of Svalbard.
Preet Chandi
First woman of colour to ski solo
to the South Pole
As a military officer, Preet works as a physio in the British Army. The goal was to ski solo to the South Pole unsupported. E3coach trained Preet for 12-months to prepare her for her challenge. Working with E3coach, Preet successfully became the first lady of colour to ski to the South Pole unsupported and solo.
About Jon Fearne - E3C Head Coach & Founder
With over 28 years of experience, training groups and individuals across all areas of adventure and endurance, with a sports science background (BA Hons, MSC), Jon makes sure he treats each person as an individual and applies psychology alongside the best physical training.
Andes, Atlas Mountains and the Pyrenees.
Jon has raced and trained all over the world himself, spending time in the Himalayas, Andes, Atlas Mountains and the Pyrenees.
Previously he lived in the French Alps (Chamonix), has raced multiple Ironman races and is still the only athlete to have completed both the TransAlp (mountain biking across the alps) and Transalpine (running across the alps) races.
