Question – Am I good enough to work with you as I see a lot of amazing people on your books?

Answer – Yes you are good enough, for me as a coach the most important thing is an individuals passions for their chosen goal, it does not matter what that goal is. Everyone’s goal is treat equally as it should be , it’s important to you and so it’s important to me. No goal too big or too small.

Question – How long do you recommend people train with you before their goal?

Answer – Ok this depends on what the goal is and the current fitness level of the individual, a couple examples would be South Pole Solo between 1-2 years, a first time 24hr MTB race at least 8 months.

Question – Do I need a gym membership?

Answer – No you don’t, we understand how to train strength at home and at the gym so you can chose where and how you would like to focus on this area, gyms are not for everyone and we get that.

Question – How do I get started with working with you, whats the process?

Answer – To start you can send an enquiry through the form here on the website, give me some details around your goal, time frame and sports background. Once this comes through I will reply and offer to send out a couple of profiling questionnaires, if you say yes and fill these out, we arrange a phone call to discuss your goal and how we take it forward. Once all agreed, we look at training plan level BASE/ENGINE/OUTCOME I will send an invoice through and set up your Training Peaks account.  We are then into starting the sessions I have built.
